Gunnar was my first
Show dog and is a great representation of the breed!
I
couldn't ask for a better personality. He is intelligent, determined,
loving, laid back and is always happy. He loves everyone but would rather
not be bothered with puppies....they are just too immature for him.....and
toys!....he turns his nose up to them.
He
would rather have a task be given to him that is challenging and
rewarding. He is an escape artist and will get out of anything if he
decides he wants to.
He
fits the Malamute standard to a "T", measuring 24-1/2" tall
and weighting 85lbs. He has a strong compact body with a broad head
and thick ears. And as I've heard from outside the ring..."He has
movement that can't be faulted!"
Gunnar
started his career out by going Best of Breed over a BIS winning special
and finished it by taking a 4 & 5 point major at the Louisville
Specialty!
